产品特点 Features

1.灯具外壳：铸铝合金壳体压铸成型，表面喷塑；不锈钢板拉伸成型；SMC或DMC模压成型；
2.灯杆为镀锌钢管表面喷塑。具有较好的防腐能力。基座采用铸铁制造而成，牢固稳定。
3.灯杆和基座均可用户要求特制。
4.电缆布线。
1.The enclosure is cast with aluminium alloy or strecthed by stainless steel stretching and SMC or DMC extruding, Surface is sprayed with plastic;
2.Junction box or special ballast of road lamp is installed.
3.Lamp pole is galvaniced pipe with plastic-sprayed surface. It can be well corrosive-proof. The base made of cast iron is steadly fixed. Lamp pole and base can be specially made as required.
4.Wiring with or cable.

1.我公司生产的防爆高杆灯结构合理、强度高，组装、维修和更换光源方便，升降系统和电器系统技术先进、性能可靠；
2.灯杆：采用优质碳素钢板经加工折弯，自动焊接成型，灯杆的所有金属构件采用热浸锌防腐处理，并进行钝化处理，使所有内外壁面均获得妥善保护，以延长使用寿命和节约维护费用；
3.防爆配电控制系统：防爆控制箱固定于灯杆底部，内置照明和电机控制系统，双回路电力供电，可全负荷照明和部分照明，具有手控、光控及时控等多种控制方式，可以满足用户的不同需求，采用拖缆方式供电，防爆控制箱和照明电缆采用特制的具有锁定装置的专用插件连接；
4.防爆自动升降转动系统：本系统由防爆电机、涡轮蜗杆、卷筒等组成，可以使灯盘在任何位置停止，并设置过扭矩保护、具有自动、手动两种操作功能；
5.挂钩系统：本系统设置了自动挂、脱钩卸载装置(且有限位开关)，使灯盘不受风力作用发生扭动现象，主钢缆处于卸荷状态，可保证灯盘在恶劣天气情况下处于稳定状态；
6.钢缆导向滑轮系统：该组件由三组滑轮臂成120° 排列并被固定在灯杆顶部固定支撑上，每组滑轮臂安装有：a.终身润滑密封的特制轴承；b.专用于灯盘自动锁定，脱落的卸载装置；c.高分子非金属绝缘材料的滑轮，对电缆表面无损伤；d.防止钢缆滑出导向轮的限位装置；
7.导向及制动系统：此系统在灯盘正常上升和下降过程中起导向作用，一旦钢丝绳发生断裂时，此系统起制动保护作用，防止灯盘坠落，导向系统通过弹簧压紧的尼龙轮使灯盘在升降过程中始终处于对中位置，防止灯盘偏斜与灯杆碰撞、损伤灯杆或灯盘防腐表面，制动系统由彼此成120°排列的三组装置组成，由三块制动器同时锲入灯杆来完成，一旦悬吊钢绳再次拉紧，制动器从灯杆上放松使灯盘可以重新升降，在钢缆处于卸荷状态时，制动器始终保护锁定，先进的液压制动技术防止刚性冲击，制动力更大，制动平稳无噪声；
8.防雷接地装置：防爆高杆灯设置有专用的接地装置，其接地电阻不大于10Ω；
9.所有机械传动部位均经过非电器防爆处理。

3.Explosion-proof distribution system, explosion-proof control box isfixed on the base, built in lighting and motor control system, doublecircuits to supply power, light for part, it is with manual, optic controland timecontrol ways, which can satisfy different requirements, cablepulling supply, control box and lighting cable adopt special lockingdevice to connect;
4.Explosion-proof automatic lift and driving system: it is composed ofexplosion-proof motor, worm wheel and drum, lamp panel can stop atany position, torsional moment protection, with manual and auto
operation functions;
5.Hook system: this system is with auto loading and unloading device(with limit switch),the lamp panel will not move by the effect of wind,Main steel cable is in relief state, to ensure it can be in stable stateeven in bad weather;
6.Steel cable guide block system: it is composed of three groups ofblock arm of120°,arranged and fixed on the top pf lamp pole, eachgroup mounting:a.life time lubricate seal axletree; b.Special lamp panel can be lockedby itself, drop unloading device; c.Macromolecule non-metal insulationmaterial axletree, it does not damage the surface of cable; d.Limtdevice can prevent the steel cable from going out of the guiaing axletree;
7.Guiding and break system: it is used to guide the lift of lamp panel,if the steel cable breaks, this can make break protection to preventthe lamp panel falling off. Guiding system can make the panel on themiddli position during the lift by nylon wheel to avoid panel crashingwith pole and damage the lamp pole. Break system can be 120°,theyare arranged for three groups, three break devices built in the lamppole, when the hanging steel cable strained again, break device canloose and the panel can lift again.When the steel cable is under therelief state,break device is locked all the time. Advanced liquid breaktechnology can prevent steel impact, strong break force without noise;
8.Lightning protecting earth device: The are special earth device on theexplosion-proof high lamp, the earth resistance is not more than 10Ω;
9.All the mechanicaldrive parts are treated with non-electric equipmentexplosion-proof treatment.
