1.壳体采用高强度合金铝一次性压铸成型，表面经高速抛丸清理后高压静电喷塑。外壳结构紧凑合理、材质密度高强度好、 防爆性能优良，表面塑粉附着力强具有良好的防腐能力，表面光洁，美观大方；
2.灯罩材质采用高硼硅玻璃，透光性好，且具有防眩光设计；
3.具有良好的防尘，防爆性能。
4.镇流器、触发器均安装于灯体内，安装简单方便。
5.内装元件用浇封结构，性能稳定且防爆性能较高。
